About Me
My Code, My Story: Bridging Logic & Real-World Impact
Hello! I'm Gautam Kumar Maurya (GKM). My journey in technology is driven by a simple mission: to build intelligent, scalable solutions that solve real community challenges. As a B.Tech Computer Science student specializing in Data Science at United Institute of Technology, Prayagraj, I treat code not just as instructions, but as a medium for positive change.

Whether engineering clean React interfaces, optimizing database structures in Django, or designing intelligent AI assistants, I am always focused on crafting premium, performant digital solutions.
Co-founding PrayagrajRooms:
Driven by the struggles outstation students face, I co-founded PrayagrajRooms to simplify PG and room discovery, eliminating brokerage.
Global Open Source Contributions:
Active contributor to Wikimedia and Wikipedia core codebase, merging patches to improve global digital knowledge via Gerrit & Phabricator.
Academic & Algorithms Focus:
Secured AKTU University Rank 5 in my first semester and hold Rank 1 in the Data Structures stream at UIT.

Featured Projects
A curated showcase of applications I have designed and engineered, highlighting my focus on local community impact, database security, and user-centered design.
CampusClick
I built this interactive campus hub to streamline student notifications and event organization, reducing communication delays between departments and students by providing real-time scheduling dashboards.
PDFBAZI
Frustrated by tools that compromise document privacy, I engineered this local-first PDF editor. It performs heavy splitting, merging, and compression operations directly in the browser, keeping sensitive data 100% secure.
BuildX India Website
As the Lead Technical Developer, I designed and scaled the official registration engine and live metric dashboards for BuildX India 2026, seamlessly managing registration traffic for hundreds of developers.
NHAI Offline Biometrics
I engineered an offline biometric verification tool for the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), allowing remote toll operators to safely authenticate personnel without depending on unstable internet access.
TripSync
Premium Group Contribution & Settlement Tracker
A secure, decentralized consensus-based shared ledger designed for group logistics, refined according to UP Police digital forensics guidelines.
Originally sparked during a 5-day event at IIT Delhi to solve math stress in travel billing, it was re-engineered into a production-ready system during the Amroha Police Cyber Security Internship Program 2026 (APCSIP-2026) with the Uttar Pradesh Police Cyber Crime Cell.
- Greedy Flow-Minimizer Engine: A custom settlement algorithm (O(N log N)) that minimizes group balances into the absolute fewest transactions.
- Democratic P2P Consensus System: Replaces centralized admin hierarchies by requiring team majority approvals to register or edit expenses.
ugiNotes (UniNotes)
I developed a centralized, peer-to-peer academic repository for my peers at UIT, allowing thousands of students to upload lecture notes, share resources, and collaborate on exam preparation.
